We make certain that building tenants are well satisfied with the cleanliness of their suite as well as common area restrooms and hallways. We also understand that litter free exterior grounds and sparkling entranceways and lobbies create a positive impression of the property for both tenants and visitors. Beyond the cleaning function, our supervisors and staff members are trained to be aware of potential problem areas, from restroom issues such as slow flushing toilets and inoperable soap dispensers to common area issues such as burned out elevator bulbs and damaged walk-off mats. We provide “extra eyes” that assist building engineers and management staff in maintaining the property in first rate condition.
